Founded in 1948, La Habra Fence Co. has known only two sites and two owners in it’s 58-year history. The company began in La Habra and stayed in the city while being guided by two La Habrans, first Harmon Jenson and, presently, Warren Kraft.
Time has seen the company change from a one-crew service for predominately residential customers to the present cadre of 20 employees serving every possible facet of a customer’s fencing need. In fact, currently 85% of the company’s volume involves non-residential projects now defined as “other”. But La Habra Fence has never forgotten who supported it in its early years and is deeply committed to quickly, and competitively, serve its residential base.
In the “other” category La Habra Fence now works for school, city, county and state agencies in fulfilling their needs for playgrounds, athletic fields, security compounds, flood control channels, parks, airports, military bases, etc. Also in this category are numerous projects for privately owned commercial and industrial businesses with a constant need for more and more security.
